Data Deletion & Account Closure

At Pxlit, we value your privacy and believe you should have full control over your data. If you decide to stop using our services, you can request the deletion of your cloud-stored data or your entire account at any time.

1. How to Request Deletion

To initiate a deletion request, please send an email from the email address associated with your Pxlit account to: support@pxlit.com

Please include the following in your email:

  • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request / Account Deletion Request
  • Message: State clearly whether you would like to delete specific cloud data or your entire Pxlit account.
2. What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

3. Important: Scope of Deletion

It is important to understand what data is affected by this request:

  • Pxlit Cloud Data: We will permanently remove all account information, settings, and metadata stored directly on Pxlit's cloud servers.
  • Your Personal Cloud Storage: This request does not affect any media files or data stored in your own integrated cloud storage (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.). Pxlit does not have the authority to delete files from your personal storage providers; any media you have synced or stored there will remain intact and must be managed through those respective platforms.
